From Supermarket Shelves to E-commerce Solutions: A Journey of Growth and Dedication

My professional journey began at 18 when I joined the workforce arranging products on supermarket shelves. What started as a simple task evolved into a passion for promoting products to customers. Recognizing my enthusiasm, a brand ambassador approached me, offering a role that aligned with my love for showcasing how products address customer needs.

For two years, I thrived as a brand ambassador before embarking on a pivotal decision to return to school and pursue civil engineering. I started as a full-time service crew at 7-Eleven, saving to buy a laptop that enabled me to become a part-time online English teacher. Balancing civil engineering and teaching consumed my days until my graduation, and the hard work was worth it.

Although I successfully acquired a degree in civil engineering, my heart is in product research, copywriting, and reading data. So, post-graduation, my passion for e-commerce led me to freelancing aspirations. Despite lacking formal freelancing experience, I invested in courses to hone essential skills. The ASVA masterclass caught my eye, and, despite the cost, I eagerly enrolled, investing in an upgraded laptop to ensure success.
